We all know the feeling: the more work we do, the more experience we gain and the more work we are then given to do. At the same time we become increasingly aware of the limitations of the system we are in. For a while we somehow carry on within these limitations, but as the requests grow and the time and cost constraints on us get tighter, we begin to think:

There must be a better way!

More expertise, more resources and more flexibility are continually demanded in contract research. However: without more costs!
