Every Clinical Trial is individual, no two are ever the same. Unfortunately, we cannot design a trial, produce a prototype and then decide upon improvements. A trial is designed, performed and evaluated. Full stop. If it fails we can neither repair nor replace it.

To guarantee the stable high quality level of PHAROS GmbH, all external resources and the interfaces necessary to incorporate them into our system have been meticulously designed, tested and validated. As soon as they become a part of your project, they become part of our internal resources and we control and direct them in the same way we control and direct our permanent internal resources. Additional staff is trained by us to our standards and anyone, be it a university professor, a clinical laboratory or a supplier of equipment, has to submit to every aspect of our Quality Management and Quality Control. This is the centrepiece of contracting-in.
