In 1994 PHAROS GmbH was launched with a core staff of 9 individuals. Meanwhile we are 22 people working here.

We love to work at PHAROS GmbH, because the PHAROS Corporate Identity is not just a paper issue but is a part of our everyday working experience. And none of us has ever considered looking for another job elsewhere.

We consider ourselves to be friendly people, not only among the staff but also when dealing with clients and above all when working with our study participants. This is also promoted by our very friendly and co-operative working environment and working atmosphere here at PHAROS GmbH.

Even though we have to work within a rather tight framework everyone of us given enough creative room to move. We are supported by our Quality Management System in everything we do so that we can maximumize our potential without having to fear going wrong unnoticed.

Short communication routes and personal contacts are encouraged and supported by our relative 'smallness'. We all know and agree that a continuous flow of true and honest information is the basis for successful research work. Nothing must be withheld - no good news and certainly no bad news. Especially the communication with our clients, who cannot always be present during a clinical trial, is vital. We therefore assign a single project manager to every project, who remains your constant partner and point of contact throughout the project duration.

In addition we have installed a Clinical Trial Progress Report System. As our client, you will receive an automated status report by fax or e-mail at least every 2 weeks and in addition whenever a milestone is reached, at every noteworthy event or when unexpected or severe AEs are encountered (serious AEs are of course immediately communicated by phone). The Clinical Trial Progress Report for each project is updated daily, so whenever you need an immediate interim status report it is just a matter of printing and sending. The information you receive is never older than a day.
