The Essential is Always Invisible!
A lot of what you may have read so far may seem unfamiliar or even unusual. But don't worry: we are all just ordinary people and very approachable. The work we do is absolutely normal too. However, the way we organise and plan our work and how we control and direct it with our Quality Management System is quite different. And therefore our results are too. We are 'Better by Design'.
We are faster because we take our time!
Before we start a clinical trial we take a lot of time in defining all of the specifications together with you: rationale, objectives, intended use, time frame, budget, resources and expertise needed. Mutually we optimise quality, cost and time. Only when the concept and plan is right will the project be a success.
During this time we insist on your input and co-operation. This may seem like a pain in the neck to you, since you will be required to invest some time here as well. But reward is soon to come.
When our planning is done, we have eliminated all unnecessary cost and avoided error costs, we have optimised the timing and can adhere to the agreed schedule without running the risk of project delay, correction time or a multitude of data queries.
We do not plan to fail by failing to plan. To date we have always reached the mutually agreed upon goals on schedule, on budget and at the predefined quality.
The time we invest in preparation and planning is more than made up during all subsequent project parts. We are faster because we take our time.
Quality is not a value.
Quality often is seen as an independent value in itself. But it is not. All it is, is a characteristic of something within a certain context.
Imagine someone needing a very small town car, low in gasoline consumption, low in insurance cost, but not necessarily very fast, nor spacious or prestigious. The car sales person tries to sell this client a Mercedes. Nobody would argue that a Mercedes is a good automobile. But it lacks all of the above qualities. For the purpose described, the Mercedes would probably be the worst choice. A little Daihatsu probably the best. In this case, the Daihatsu would have all the qualities needed, the Mercedes none. Which car now is the 'higher quality' car?
We do not try to sell you a Mercedes when you really need a Daihatsu, but we wouldn't do the reverse either. The quality of your projects is defined by your needs and the intended purpose of the clinical trial. Together we define the specifications and identify the correct quality as a characteristic within the context. At PHAROS GmbH you always get what you need - not more and certainly not less. But certainly no costly frills.
This ensures that you get exactly the value you need. PHAROS GmbH may not be the least expensive CRO in the world - but our services are worth every penny you pay for them. At PHAROS GmbH you get value for money.
