To enable us to comply with these requirements we could accumulate an extensive supply of equipment, keeping it up to latest standards at all times, and hire a vast number of highly specialised full-time staff, all at an immense cost.

Our core team is relatively small. It is complemented by a large number of experts with all their expertise, experience, abilities and equipment, representing a wide variety of medical and scientific disciplines. These experts are not on our constant payroll but contracted-in only as required.
The experts and their infrastructure are recruited from the huge resources of the 'Ulm Science City' and our close co-operation with the physicians and scientists there.
As a member of this network, PHAROS GmbH can provide you with the experts, facilities, equipment and special populations as and when they are required.
While you do not have to pay for the availability of the whole system, it is always there for you to select the individual elements that you require for the completion of your project. They become operational through our organisation of the network.

The approach PHAROS GmbH takes is similar to that of a sea captain who must deliver certain goods within the set time frame at the proper destination.
To this end he optimally combines a well trained crew, a vessel and the latest sea maps with the correct route to follow already marked.
Our Captain is the single project manager. Together with him you exactly define the specifications for the point of destination and the route to be taken, the skills of the crew as well as the vessel and its equipment required for the assignment. The captain and the crew with all their experience will assist you in deciding on the safest route to take.
Our crew are our core team, which we complement as required by experts of multiple disciplines (medical and scientific).
Our vessel is our own Clinical Pharmacology Unit combined with any specialised state-of-the-art equipment, tested and validated by PHAROS GmbH prior to use in any project.
Our sea map is the study protocol, which reflects all your goals and which has been generated to ascertain that all of your specifications and needs can be met.
