Only after meticulously analysing your problem and after precisely defining the need in expertise, personnel and infrastructure do we contract-in and combine the necessary additional resources with our own. All this happens without any delay, since all resources are readily available to us at any given time.

PHAROS GmbH grows to the exact size mandatory for optimal processing of your contract. Never too large but certainly also never too small. After project completion we disband the project team and shrink back to our core size.

In-Contracting versus Out-Sourcing.

At PHAROS GmbH we complement our own internal resources by contracting-in. All of the resources (experts, equipment, infrastructure) contracted-in have to submit to our standards of quality, training, reliability and documentation. Experts, services or equipment that we contract-in are treated as if they were originally our own internal resources. Everyone and everything is controlled by ourselves and follows our command. Experts and additional staff are trained and controlled by us, services and equipment are regularly audited to ensure compliance with our internal standards. The PHAROS GmbH Quality Management System has specially been designed to manage this system.

By contracting-in (rather than out-sourcing or sub-contracting, where these stringent control mechanisms are non-existent) any additional staff and equipment become an internal PHAROS GmbH resource and we can thus take on full responsibility for their performance.
